“Fung Forever”會藉條款及細則:

1. 會藉詳情:

  1. 一年制會藉, 會員需每年續會一次
  2. 一人一會藉, 12歲或以下兒童申請入會, 其監護人或家長必須同時申請會藉, 以便照顧兒童出席活動.
  3. 任何情況下, 已繳付之會費, 恕不退還, 會藉不可轉讓.

2. 會費: 一年制會藉:

  • 新會員 (會費HKD 300 / RMB 300 一年)
  • 續會 (會費HKD 100 / RMB 100 一年)

3. 入會手續: 請登入www.fungforever.net填妥入會表格後,並上載會費付款證明(銀行存款/PayPal紀錄), 完成後會自動提交至fungforevermember@gmail.com .

確認後會員將收到會員卡及迎新禮品一份 (派完即止)

4. 注意事項:

  • 請保留申請表格及有關繳付會費之影印副本, 以便因郵遞有誤或違失時, 與香港總會核對.
  • 本會不接受任何郵寄現金

 

“Fung Forever” Terms and Conditions:

A) Membership Details

  • Membership Valid Period: 12-month membership valid from 01 January to 31 December. Membership shall be renewed every year
  • One person entitles to one membership only. For those under age 12 are required to enroll the membership with their parents or guardians
  • Membership fee and title are non-refundable and non-transferable

B) Membership Fee

12-month membership:

  • New membership: HKD 300 / RMB 300
  • Membership renewal: HKD 100 / RMB 100 (non-refundable)

 

C) Application Method

Please fill in the application form on www.fungforever.net and attach the payment record (bank in slip/PayPal reference no.).
Once it is completed and will be submitted to fungforevermember@gmail.com Our representative will send out the member card and welcome gift after verification.

D) Notes:

  • Applicants should keep copies of the completed application form and payment record for cross-checking with HK team if required
  • Cash by email is not acceptable
